current turn around time outside of tattoo designs is two to three months unless otherwise specified

rush fees are +25% of the commission price. If you need your commission by a certain date, let me know and i will work with you on this. dates are subject to change.

payment is via paypal or venmo

payment in full is due at time of accepting commission, and will be held until delivery of final piece

full references are required; additional fees may be incurred if designing your subject matter is required

I retain the copyright to my work and reserve the right to post it on social media unless otherwise specified (additional fees may be charged if you do not wish me to use the work to advertise my commissions)

Work in progress will be sent after 100% of payment is completed (unless otherwise agreed on) and will be a low quality format jpeg

you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your commission; if at the time of final delivery you are unsatisfied with elements that could have been corrected during the wip stage, i am not responsible for discrepancies and corrections will incur additional fees

two major changes are allowed during the sketch phase, after which additional major changes will incur additional fees. if at the time a wip is given and no feedback is provided, i will not be responsible for discrepancies in the completed piece.

tattoo designs are allowed three (3) revisions, at which point additional revisions will be subject to an hourly rate of $150/hour - this is expensive, yes, because I am a tattoo artist and know how to design for skin so that your art heals well, ages well, and lasts the course of your lifetime. as such, additional care is needed to ensure your design will tattoo well.

tattoo designs are given explicit permission to take to a tattoo artist of your choice, however credit must be given to laughing fox tattoo by the tattoo artist chosen

if in the seattle area, i am available to tattoo your design!

NO part, at all, of any work provided may be used for merchandise or monetary gain (unless discussed first), ai data training, neural network/ai testing, block-chain related tech including Nfts/cryptocurrency/or future development or inventions within the block-chain space

you are expected to read my TOS and understand pricing and payment

you may display my work externally as long as it is visibly credited/linked to me

you may not upload or hose my work in any gallery that is intended for your own work

you may not claim my work as your own and you may only upload the watermarked version of my work publically

you may use my work for personal content such as avatars, phone/computer wallpapers/personal displays/etc

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google docs), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me by creating a copy image with your name added as well (ie. through a watermark) when uploading on external sites.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may use the art for any purpose (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.
